White reinforced plastic sheeting is a high strength polyethylene film that is extremely resistant to damage which makes it ideal as a liner or cover for a variety of construction and agricultural applications.
22 Mil white reinforced plastic sheeting is a certified vapor retarder and preferred by contractors. Vapor retarders stop moisture migration when properly installed in the crawl space. Great for high traffic or poor top soil crawl spaces.
As an outdoor cover, features such as UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers enhance the service life when fully exposed to varying weather conditions. The white outer layers reduce heat buildup and condensation. 22 Mil white reinforced plastic sheeting is also an FDA compliant liner for aquaponics and other environmental containment applications.
22 mil white is made of two sheets of high strength polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. Inside there is a heavy duty diamond shaped network of scrim (string) for reinforcement which greatly enhances tear resistance and increases service life. The white outer layer contains UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizer and is designed to reduce heat buildup and condensation.

Professional grade flexible polyurethane sealant that is capable of withstanding extreme conditions. This sealant is perfect for making a watertight bond between crawl space liners.
Vapor barrier Christmas Tree Fasteners help to permanently secure the liner to the wall when encapsulating. These are a necessary accessory when encapsulating a crawl space.
During encapsulation you will find that you have many overlapping seams from your vapor barriers. This tape effectively joins and welds the liner seams together creating a waterproof seal. Each roll of seam tape measures 4″ wide.

CRAWL SPACE PREMIUM DRAINAGE MATTING SYSTEM
Crawl space Premium Drainage Matting is described as the installer’s “Best Friend.” Use it once, and you won’t want to do an installation without it. Turns the entire crawlspace floor into one giant kneepad that protects the vapor barrier liner from puncture and wear. At 25mil thickness, the dimpled drainage matting combines with 22mil Whitecap reinforced liner for a total of 45 mils of protection. Crawlspace Premium Drainage Matting improves water movement due to the dimpled design and may enhance the effectiveness of a radon system.
The Crawlspace Premium Drainage Matting rolls are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that offers strong resistance to hydrostatic pressure and excellent drainage. The dimples are aligned along a vertical and horizontal axis to channel water from grade to the footer drainage system rapidly. The stud-shaped dimples provide an air chamber between the roll and its mating surface. Crawlspace Premium Drainage Matting is considered a GREEN product due to the recycled content used to produce the sheets. Meets/exceeds ICC-AC114: Acceptance Criteria for Rigid, Polyethylene, Below-grade, Damp proofing, and Wall Waterproofing Material.
